REVIEW: Sky War's Dunkirk Update 1.4 - Gameplay Tweaks
There are a few gameplay tweaks that we're going to share today. It's been an interesting journey for Sky War and we're excited about some of the changes released recently. If you've not read our post about the new Dunkirk ship, be sure to check that one out next.
ENEMY VELOCITY
First and foremost is a change to the enemy velocity and speed in the maps. In playtesting, we've noticed that just about everyone is ready to toss their phone in frustration at the inhuman speed of the opposing enemy forces.
To that end, we've throttled the speed of the enemy ships. Not all of them, but enough ships to change the nature of the game away from twitch play to maze solving. if you're a casual gamer, the upcoming 1.4 update is for you.
RED ARROW WARNINGS
There are some enemies that you need just a little bit more time to prep for. We're aware of which ones these are and have added a red arrow indicator to give you enough time to prep.
BUGFIXES
We found several and fixed them. What lies over the horizon after 1.4? It's too early for us to tell. We're pretty excited about it though!
